Since 1992, Affordable Community Housing Trust ("ACHT") has owned or developed over 1,100 multi-family and senior housing apartments with an aggregate asset value of more than $70 million. ACHT has experience in senior living and affordable apartment communities having owned communities in Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, Illinois and Florida. However, while ACHT seeks opportunities for expansion and new relationships to further our mission, every corporate decision is made with the care deserving of the service in which ACHT has at the center of its purpose and reason for existence.
